If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply as follows. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the local date and time in Okinawa, Japan.

Refunds and Important Notes
- Refunds for credit card payments will be processed through the original payment method.Depending on your card issuer’s billing cycle, the refund may take additional time to appear.
- If payment is not completed by the designated due date, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
