How to Book
Book your private airport transfer in three easy steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp. A booking form will appear automatically—simply fill in your details.
- Send us your flight number, arrival time, hotel name, number of guests, and number of suitcases.
- After your booking and payment are confirmed, your driver will meet you at Naha Airport on the day of arrival.
FAQ
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the domestic or international arrivals area, holding a sign with the guest’s name. Once you are ready, please approach the driver.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed or canceled, please contact us as soon as possible. For same-day delays or schedule changes, sending us a message via WhatsApp will help us adjust your pickup smoothly.
Please note that an additional waiting fee may apply if we do not receive advance notice.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes, child seats are available upon request. Please let us know when making your reservation.
I have a lot of luggage. Which vehicle should I choose?
Please let us know the number and size of your bags, along with the number of guests. We will arrange the most suitable vehicle for your group.
Is there an additional charge for late-night or early-morning transfers?
Generally, there is no additional charge for late-night or early-morning transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to two days before the scheduled transfer are free of charge. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made one day before, and a 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made on the day of service.
