A reservation shall be considered confirmed once we have reviewed and accepted the reservation details.
When making a reservation, please provide accurate information regarding the date of service, service hours, number of passengers, meeting point, destination, luggage, and any other necessary details.
If the information provided by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete, we may be unable to provide the service properly.
